Ubon Bio Ethanol Public Company Limited (UBE), represented by Ms. Karnnaporn Karnnasuta Executive Vice President of Corporate Sustainability and Government Affairs, was honored to join as a guest speaker in the panel discussion “Creating the Right Path to Well-being for Better Organizational Outcomes,” under the theme “Well-Being Starting Now.”

The event was organized by the National Well-being Organization Development and Award Framework Project (WellEx) on October 21, 2025, at the Grand Richmond Stylish Convention Hotel, Nonthaburi Province.

During the session, Ms. Kanporn shared UBE’s approach to fostering a Well-being Organization, aligning with the WellEx framework’s focus on Community and Environmental Engagement one of the key categories defining a well-being organization. The concept emphasizes establishing processes, environments, and organizational cultures that minimize health risks while enhancing positive health factors among employees.

UBE’s practices promote well-being in four key dimensions Physical, Mental, Intellectual, and Social to improve work performance and drive sustainable organizational success.
