UBE Welcomes the Faculty of Business Administration from the Eastern University of Management and Technology Providing Insights into Business Management and Sustainable Organizational Development

On August 8, 2026, Ubon Bio Ethanol Public Company Limited, or “UBE,” welcomed 25 faculty members and students from the Management Program, Faculty of Business Administration, the Eastern University of Management and Technology (UMT), for a study visit at UBE’s Ethanol Plant in Ubon Ratchathani Province. The visit aimed to enhance their knowledge of business management, operational efficiency, and organizational development through practical insights from the industrial sector.

During the visit, the group attended a presentation on UBE’s business operations and toured the Integrated Bioenergy Learning Center exhibition. They learned about ethanol production management, quality control, resource efficiency, and environmental management throughout the production process from Mr. Watsakorn Kakkaew, Ethanol Production Department Manager.

The group also gained insights into sustainable organizational development, waste management, and UBE’s efforts toward its Zero Waste goal from Ms. Tadsanee Boonseub, Corporate Sustainability Management Section Manager. The session demonstrated how business management principles can be applied to improve operational efficiency, minimize environmental impacts, and achieve balanced growth across economic, social, and environmental dimensions.
