On August 24, 2026, Ubon Bio Ethanol Public Company Limited (UBE) welcomed 145 faculty members, students, and staff from the Bachelor of Public Administration Program, Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Political Science, Ubon Ratchathani University, for a study visit to the Integrated Bioenergy Learning Center at UBE’s Ethanol Office in Ubon Ratchathani Province.

The delegation was welcomed by Ms. Tadsanee Boonseub, Corporate Sustainability Management Manager, together with Ms. Nipawan Amphan, Human Resources Supervisor, and Ms. Wipada Duangtian, Human Resources Officer. The UBE team shared insights into the company’s business operations, human resource and compensation management, and its approach to fostering positive labor relations within the organization.

The delegation also learned about UBE’s approach to human rights management through its Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) process, which is conducted annually to identify, prevent, and mitigate potential human rights risks affecting employees, business partners, contractors, farmers, communities, and other stakeholders throughout the value chain. The process also includes grievance channels and remediation measures for affected parties as part of UBE’s commitment to ESG principles and sustainable development.

It also provided students with an opportunity to exchange perspectives and learn directly from industry professionals, enhancing their understanding of fair and responsible people management while preparing them for their future careers.
