On September 2, 2026, Ubon Bio Ethanol Public Company Limited (UBE) welcomed Assistant Professor Dr. Uthai Anphim, Dean of the Faculty of Management Science at Ubon Ratchathani University, together with faculty members and third- and fourth-year Business Management students majoring in Entrepreneurship, comprising 67 participants in total. The study visit took place at UBE’s Ethanol Office in Ubon Ratchathani Province, providing practical insights into agribusiness and organizational management while connecting classroom knowledge with business practices that consider economic, social, and environmental dimensions.

The delegation attended an overview of UBE Group’s businesses and toured the Integrated Bioenergy Learning Center. Participants explored how agricultural produce can gain added value through production and processing, alongside supply chain management and business practices guided by the bioeconomy concept. These sessions offered perspectives on transforming agricultural resources into business opportunities.

Mr. Dejchana Natee, General Administration and Community Relations Department Manager, and Ms. Tadsanee Boonseub, Sustainability Governance Value Chain Manager, shared their experience in corporate support functions, community relations, and stakeholder management. They also discussed approaches to creating shared value for business and society, helping students understand how management principles are applied in practice and why stakeholder care is integral to organizational growth.

The visit supported knowledge exchange between academia and industry, giving students the opportunity to engage directly with practitioners. It encouraged an entrepreneurial mindset that connects business opportunities with social responsibility, equipping students with knowledge and experience to build upon in their future studies and careers.
